HOUSE ROTATION (Avery claims the crib if not visited monthly or w/ low playtime)

title

House is sold to Avery Properties, automatically, without previous warning(s), to the players that don't visit their houses in a timespan of 30 days.

So unfair watching houses that were bought in January 2023 when the big reset hit, PLAYERS/OWNERS DON'T EVEN JOIN ANYMORE THESE DAYS

economy's fucked up because these gatekeepers

they bought the house at that time for $2.59 and now they reselling them for $7,500,000.00

this was implemented but never executed; the code is there I believe, but it's like the code doesn't budge

Mike jesus christ, please wake the fuck up from the dead, I really am not interested if this was suggested before (not interesting if I'm doing a doublepost) I want to stress this this again and again and again the times that are needed

sincerely,
ranja

+1 you should lose them if u dont have enough playtime

just having a visit requirement (for example 30 days or 2 weeks) wont work. back when SACNR was still online but dying, people were still hoarding props and joining once every 14 days to keep a shit house when there are 0 players actively playing.

Admen
+1 simply add a functionality where you must visit your prop every 3 weeks, 30 days is too comfortable as it only requires you to login once per month AND play like 15-20 mins to visit everything

Actually the main reason why the economy is fucked up is because of the horse racing & video poker games.

Anyone who doesn't realize that is just stupid.

Remove/nerf those first, then worry about the properties.

But as I suggested before, new (unique) properties like the ones from the desert/countryside/sf mansions/sf apartments should be added too... Check MCNR reborn topic: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,23275.0.html

Properties do play a huge role for the players count as well, even more than some people do realize.
Without warning, its bit too unfair, players must get some sort of warning atleast after 2 weeks to visit their houses or they will lost it after 2 more weeks.

Rest, yeah this should be implemented.

I support this message. All the good properties are being hoarded and the owners just come online right before 30 days for 10 min to reset the inactive thing. It destroys the purpose. +1
"all poo poo time is also pee pee time; but not all pee pee time is poo poo time. now voetsek"

No warnings at all and lower the timespan to 2 weeks.Just refund the player the money its house is estimated on market.

Blacky, eh. But I'm taking about players that SOLELY get on to refresh the inactive. Like nieth 😠.  + There are ways to buy the houses you just need to know

I second what ranja said.

I'm also stressing what other have contributed to this post with +1, no previous warnings and enough weekly/monthly playtime to have the house (asset) and maybe, just maybe, the housing market could be beneficial and affordable to those that connect daily as I write this message instead of hoarding their millions with nothing to spend on. Or we could witness a house rotation that everyone can have the ability to enjoy and look forward to do when connecting to the server.

Also, get rid of that "roof" on the housing pricing with $10,000,000 it's ridiculous visiting the Avery Properties website and seeing a trailer with that price or even that house that Shockwave has on Grove Street that probably, nowadays, would sell for $3,500,000 for example.

I would also like to add that players should not sell houses with ridiculous MTV Cribs pricings of $700,000,000 or anything greater than what the house is actually valued at, it should exist a control of this kind of nonsense.

Houses could be visited every 16 days in order to keep them (since a 'vacation' will take about 2 weeks), it would be simple & fair this way.
I don't play much anymore so would hate this as I'd lose my properties, but imho that's just me being selfish. Here's an idea for implementation:

1. "You have left the property vacant for and squatters have taken over. Visit and remove them from the property within or they may claim adverse possession resulting in losing the property."

This would be a mini-mission. For more expensive properties, squatters are likely to be criminals that have weapons and fight back.

2. "You have left the property vacant for and lost ownership as squatters have claimed adverse possession."
See Clink making a fool of himself here lmao
