Most players who play as Civ or any other job except medic have very low CPR rate and it almost never boosts I suggest adding a CPR school where we can train CPR just like we hack the vault but as we get better it gets either more challenging or easier
Although I know CPR is a very overlooked feature and almost no one uses it this might give it some improvement?
Or simply just have the starting point at 50%
