I've encountered several bugs within one day.

This is no aimbot, but a SA-MP de-sync. This is the exact same thing which happened with me yesterday. My drive was full so I emptied it forgetting I had to report a bug.
But something similar happened to me today and luckily I recorded it too.
I was fighting a cop, he took some damage and his armor was reduced to 80 percent. He didn't lost a single health or armor after that,but he died in seconds having armor and health both. After he died, a random newbie was shooting me so I was tried to kill him too, but my health all of sudden started decreasing too quickly idk how. Also I am sure I wasn't receiving that much damage from that opponent. When I died, the name that appeared was of the cop which I killed few seconds earlier.

My health and armor started decreasing at 16 and I was killed by the 20.
Please stop banning players so easily without getting to the cause of the incidence properly.
A lot of my friends weren't able to play today, they were just talking "I am de-synced" "I am lagging" even when they had normal ping. It wasn't their lag, It was server's lag.
And players who claim to be so nice to the server players, quotes "that is something more than aimbot" huh? If you really judge like that, then trust me you are still a newbie and haven't seen shit.
