Report on Discord Ban of SARPLA Senior Official Typtics
Date: 19-09-2025
Prepared by: MortaL. [Secretary General SARPLA]
Subject: Appeal/Review Regarding the Ban of Typtics from MCNR Discord
Background:
Typtics, a senior associate of SARPLA, was recently banned from the MCNR Discord server. The stated reason for this ban was alleged doxxing, specifically sharing an image of an individual.
Issue:
Upon review, it is clear that the image shared by Typtics was publicly available on the internet. Typtics believed that sharing publicly accessible content would not constitute doxxing and acted without any intent to harm or expose private information.
Observations:
1. Public Accessibility: The image in question was publicly available online, and its sharing did not involve private data or personal information obtained through non-public channels.
2. Lack of Awareness: Typtics was unaware that sharing this publicly available image could lead to a doxxing ban. This indicates that there was no malicious intent or deliberate violation of rules.
3. Past Conduct: Typtics has maintained a professional and respectful record on MCNR Discord and within SARPLA, consistently following community standards.
4. Possible Misuse of Authority: The action appears to have been taken by MCSU, described as a corrupt faction within MCNR staff, which may have aimed to suppress the voice of SARPLA agents rather than address an actual violation.
Conclusion:
The ban on Typtics appears to be based on a misunderstanding and possibly an unjust use of staff authority. Given his lack of intent, the public nature of the shared content, and his previous record, Typtics is innocent of any wrongdoing.
Recommendation:
1. A thorough review of the ban decision should be conducted with attention to the context and the public nature of the shared content.
2. If appropriate, the ban on Typtics should be immediately lifted.
3. Measures should be taken to ensure fair treatment of SARPLA agents and prevent similar suppression of voices in the future.
