Game does not spawn vehicle for trucking in Verdant Bluffs.

What exactly were you doing, with who, where etc.:Trying to spawn truck for trucking in Verdant Bluffs.
What did you expect to happen, and what actually happened? What is the bug?game did not spawn the truck. says there is a car blocking the way.
Have others experienced the issue?I dont know
Have you experienced the issue multiple times?yes in the same location even after re-logging
Can you replicate the issue? If so, please provide steps to do so.yes. go to the same location (verdant bluffs, LS), try to spawn the truck from marker.
Can you think of any special circumstances that might have caused the issue?no idea

Did you try to have no vehicles around that area? I will test it myself once I am in game, the message that you are receiving can be very tricky.

This issue has been investigated and it seems to be a bug will be logged.

i tried moving the Sweeper but couldn't. the script keeps moving it back. as for the sabre. i assumed its far away.

The sweeper is the problem the truck spawns in the sweepers spawn area so its unable to spawn

This works if LS is not the active city (thus the Sweeper not spawning there):
