Cutscene interior bug

- What is your in-game name and account ID (if known)?
- What happened exactly? Entered bank for first time in 2+ weeks and got the new bank robbery tutorial cutscene. Watched it for a bit and pressed 'skip' around the time the cutscene was between the bank vault/upstairs. Seem to have spawned in a cutscene interior after skipping? (atms not respawning, vault open but cant pickup cash, can't exit interior)
- What circumstances may have led to the issue? Skipping cutscene above at certain point
- Has anyone else experienced the issue? idk
- Can you replicate the issue? n/a
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves? press 'skip' around the time the cutscene was between the bank vault/upstairs
- If relevant, what was the time and date (GMT) of the issue?

Are you able to tell me the exact time which you skipped it?

i think it was just after it says this on the left side of the screen:

you can rob the vault using:

explosives
blahblahblah

keycard
blahblahlblah
