No WL for driveby bug

- What happened exactly? DON.07 claiming rev, using driveby and not receiving a WL

- Can you replicate the issue? N/A
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves? Potential bug abuse, something to do with exiting and reentering car may cause this? (at 0:14)
- If relevant, what was the time and date (GMT) of the issue? 11:36 BST~ Action Logs between 10:35:40 17/06/2024 -> 10:37:57

I think its not a bug because it never happened, most probably Is a desync problem and/or internet pl problem.

Meaning, the cause of no WL while drive by is probably related to internet issues like packetloss

samp client side bug. sometimes doesn't register drive-by shots.
