Too many houses occupied by afk players

I would like to talk about this point because many players have '' luxury apartments '' and do not enter the game for a long time or better some have never even seen them

and if you could remove the houses with a system after about 1 month of inactivity

it would be the ideal thing for me as an active player on your server and for other people who are interested in buying these types of houses

It would also be nice to add new home interiors

I wanted to share my idea

The system to remove inactive player houses is bugged at the moment. It will be fixed.

Is this still bugged? I've seen several houses go unowned over the past few days, mostly in the Grove street area and in Vinewood hills mansion area. I bought CJ's house and when I did this Ryder's was also unowned at the time. Both of these houses were owned by inactive players before yesterday....

This feature is now working. Inactive owners will receive a 75% refund.

Not my problem sorry. If you went to keep your property you have to stay active.

In the next update I will be making it so you have to actually visit your properties to keep them. If you aren’t regularly visiting a property you don’t need it and another player can own it who might make more use of it.
