Disallow ATM use after a recent player robbery

The ATM after a player robbery, considering the new power creep limit. No matter how high the limit is, it's ridiculous.

Disallow these two things for about 5 minutes after a recent player robbery:
ATM deposit
ATM withdrawal

Someone who barely loses everything shouldn't be mistreated. For example, if someone wins a jackpot for the first time and then loses everything immediately afterward, they can't recover. If the player who robbed them had stored everything in the bank directly, at least the victim should be given some time to try to recover.

You mean:

Pickpocketers can't  use ATM after they have robbed someone, so the robbery victim can get their money back?

No one is implying pickpocketers/muggers are Mike's fault, but anything that nerfs these is an insta-yes from me until we get an economy where we can actually spend our earned cash before it gets stolen.

no theres not, theres just a limit on where you get taxed for it. so either you lose your money by getting robbed (high risk) or lose it to taxes (low risk)
