Differentiate Backup Request CMD's

After browsing through the 10-codes list again, I've realized there are two 10-codes in it that suggest a backup request:

However, the only message /bk sends out now is a 10-33:
# [COP RADIO] Commissioner AllyLily (0): 10-33 (Immediate assistance required) at Pirates in Men's Pants

The request may not always be urgent in reality, so I suggest 1) assigning /bk to 10-32 instead, and 2) making a /SOS cmd with a 10-33 message sent out, for police to be able to communicate differing levels of urgency.
10-32 is for a normal backup for example a FTS however 10-33 usually means when a code 0 happens and a 10-13a occurs
Either a /sos comamnd or /pb which means /panicbutton

Yeah, we could even use multiple code words/phrases at once for it: /sos, /pb (/panic, /panicbutton), etc.

With the latter two, we could even extend the functionality to other emergency services, which would use it to request immediate police assistance when attacked? Similarly to /911 but through the emergency radio
