+1 or make it so that spawned car there is tied to house and uses 1 slot as an alternative.

+1 a great feature that will attract new players and motivate veterans to return to the game. this could very well be the suggestion that saves mcnr

Me and several other players quit playing because there are houses with parking space but no useable garage. If a solution was added for this issue, it would definitely motivate us to return.
