as we all know in mcnr cops have too much power but on the other hand crims dont have any kind of strength u cant do much things as civil other than rob and when u rob outnumbered amount of cops will chase u down to ur throat this sugestion will make cops aware that they r also loosing money going in fights like crims and it will create much stability in mcnr cop ratio and it will be a great change for next update in my opinion

I know most of the players/admin and maybe mike himself thinks that there is injustice done to the criminals and if any cop makes a point they simply deny it by saying "have you ever played as a criminal".
I also call myself as a 24/7 cop but at times i also play as a criminal so what i will write here might seemed biased but trust me it isnt.
Here are point where i feel cops have disadvantages-
1) As soon as a player joins the server for the first time he cannot become a cop, he needs atleasyt 50 levels to become a cop.
2)If you say there are instances where there are a higher cop/criminal ratio then there are instances when there is a very high criminal/cop ratio

3)Most of the elite/pro players become a criminal cauisng chaos in the server + Most of the aimbotters are criminals
4)Desk Duty(I dont need to elaborate on that one) an if someone thinks atleast we get scores/xp by it let me tell u its annoying as hell
5)If a cop kills a mw, that mw can approach the cop(as a civilian) and attack first now most of the cops ont even realise that civilian is about to attack them and those who do they cannot attack first (imagine the civilian uses a sawn off headshot which rips through the armor and then easily took the cop down.
6)Criminals are more organized than cops,they make groups plan a bank robbery,plan a counter attack but cops they just dont listen to each other (if there are 6 cops and 6 mws most of the times 2 cops attack those 6 mws then again other 2 an mws keep getting free kills I am telling this from experience.
7)Cops cannot shoot non threat even when they say "stop and we wont open fire" but we never open fire and had to chase them for eternity.
I guess cops dont want any more of these rules we have had enough and talking about the free medical bill i think thats fair for cops.

And lastly this is just a suggestion ,i am making some counter points and you think we are here to cry then it means you are too sensitive to consider any others opinion thats against you(remember this is just a counter point to your suggestion but if you think we are here to cry well i guess your normal brain functions have been disturbed)
And talking about increase in paycheck i think we get paid enough money but if they want to increase it i wont mind but not on the cost of paying the medical bill.

1:there is nothing in that pic that shows crims outnumbered the server.
2:if u r already pro u shouldnt be afraid of this coz u will not die easily in fights
3:8 crims cant attack u for no reason most propably its ur insect within u that did wrong 1st have some rest so the rust clears from ur brain
