Event , Heist And CP Token's Suggestions

but I don't like the CP token system

H2O The token system you are suggesting is not appropriate imo. If you want to get donator/VIP status, there are several other ways without you paying directly. You could ask a friend of yours to buy it for you or you can get it in exchange for in game cash from trusted sellers( wassaby ).

The hunter vs biker event is impossible to host due to samp sync issues.

Other things have already been suggested before.
