/CountDown, /GRoupCountDown Cmds

A /countdown (/cd) cmd available to all players would only be visible for the initiating player (and maybe players in their immediate proximity?)
A /groupcountdown /grcd cmd can additionally be integrated into the group system, making the group owner able to initiate one for the whole group.

Why should we add it?

• Could declutter the chat greatly


• Could make the experience a bit smoother


• Already exists for staff events etc.


• Even if it didn't, should be basic enough to script
