Version 1.1 - Fishing update

Version 1.1 was not meant to be released yet as there was more planned to be added. Unfortunately there was a security issue with the server and the script needed updating as soon as was possible.
Unfortunately the backup of 1.0.25 would not play nicely and therefore 1.1 has come early.

The main addition in version 1.1 is the addition of fishing as an activity for all players. To start fishing, you'll need a fishing rod which you can buy from a bait shop (/gps bait) or find at popular fishing spots. See /fishing for help.

FISHING
- Added fishing as an activity.
- Added stats and achievements for fish caught/sold.
- Added fish selling at bait shop.
- Added catch of the day for fishing with $5k bonus.
- Added fish caught/sold to week stats.
- Added fishing licence. Fishing near cops without one is a crime.

NEW
- Added player inventory system. Accessible through interaction menu or /inv(entory).\n\
- Added a new /setting option for 'Respawn location' to respawn at main job base not closest one.
- Added announcement to all players when someone finds the hidden treasure or mafia money bag.
- After 'x has joined for the first time' message, when a player finally spawns, an additional message is now shown (x has arrived in San Andreas).
- Cops can now search a player's inventory with /search or through the player interaction menu (press Y while looking at a player).
- Cops that attack yellow (ticketable) suspects are now armed with a fist and frozen for a few seconds.

CHANGED
- Score gain display next to radar is now clearer with a black outline around the text. The reason for the score is now green to separate it from the amount.
- Player health and armor is now managed by the server rather than SAMP, meaning health/armor hacks will no longer have a noticable effect.
- Due to the above, players can now be injured and killed while paused. Pause at your own risk.
- Players' weapon licences are now stored in their inventory.
- /changename has been disabled. Name changes must be requested from an admin.
- Victims are now informed when someone tried to rob them.
- Resetting your account (via /settings) now requires you to relog in order to avoid issues from lingering data.
- Players are now shown 'wallet' and 'bank' next to cash HUD on first spawns to ensure players are aware which is which.
- Players will now only get a health increase from eating food once in a while, to avoid abusing it by repeating it.
- Medkits (cop shop) now only partially increase health.

FIXED
- Fixed a bug with the screen fading system where the fading black box would appear underneath wanted stars etc. resulting in a few of the wanted stars being hidden and a few not, which looked strange.
- Fixed treasure hunt '?' map icon persisting if the player left for the next player to take their player ID.
- Score is now handled by the script and not SA-MP to try and prevent issues with score loss.
- Added some missing job score for medic job events.
- Fixed 'you won the lottery' message not showing jackpot amount.
- Fixed some settings names in /settings being truncated.
- Fixed 'Nearest job spawpoint' respawn location not working for last spawn location in list.
- Fixed /api (accept property invite) use just before arrest/turning yourself in resulting in you being 'in jail' but teleported to the property also.
- Fixed players in the intro/tutorial being able to chat and it be seen by other players but not themselves. It should be blocked completely.
- These players are now informed that chat is disabled during the intro/tutorial.
- Fixed a bug where if a cop was near a player and they were being offered a service (press Y/N to accept/reject) they could not respond to the service request as the player in range would take priority (e.g. player too far away to cuff).
- Fixed prostitutes getting no cash or score.
- Fixed 'Welcome to [city name]' not appearing for new players on first spawn.
- Fixed player level-up bar not updating after a rank up, showing score before rank up.
- Fixed prostitute car sex camera angle being high enough to see into the car.
- Fixed /weaponskills showing as 0.1% when at 0%.
- Fixed stolen vehicle headlights being off after alarm stops.
