Appearing of wrong statement.

I was outside the ammunition on a cop duty where I saw a parachute and tried to pick and it appeared that "weapons dropped by cops can only be picked by cop" and I was a cop at that time. The civilian was able to pick it up and he did so, after sometime he dropped another weapon and when I tried to pick it up, it showed the same thing again.

Someone already posted about this BUG, but it was left unattended by the player or any tester after being asked for a proof.

I am saying that just like weapons dropped by cops are able to be picked by only cops again, and surely mike have done the same for civilians too.
I believe weapons dropped by civilians are able to picked by civilians only, but the statement appearing is wrong. it should say either say "weapons dropped by civilians can only be picked by civilians(just in case if their a thing for civilian to civilian too) or it should not appear at all and the cops shall be able to pick up the weapons.
