You are seeing it from the cop perspective but us criminals will escape from pd and take that armor if we fightin the cops around roca lmfao. U cant imagine the amount of times we have taken that armor as crims when we fighting cops near that area

That location would be the most difficult one from what I've seen. Adjusting it to match the accessibility of the others shouldn’t cause any issues.
