I think what we need (and this is possibly a Very unpopular opinion) is a high cooldown for individual crimes ( i.e robbing) that decreases according to your current Robbing skill, so that you can have different types of crime being enforced, so cops have a higher variety of emergency calls to respond.
Balancing suggestion
The problem is that current script does not adhere to the laws of the real world.
Like how does a black character (ingame) fail ANY robbery at all? You would expect them to be an expert after all THIS TIME!!
Mike, allow black skins to rob +1000% more cash AND make it ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL!
You can nerf them by forcing them to consume a 1 kg watermelon / 12 piece fried chicken bucket (which would cost ~200k ingame cash), every ingame hour because that is THEIR FUEL! You do that and I GUARANTEE you that the coloured community will spend less time doing real crimes and more time doing MCNR crimes, which would benefit both, the world and this server. Thank me later.
