its relatively easier to use as it works just as changing main game files with a .img editor but without changing gta3.img and not having to backup the game files. pros of this is you dont have to either load the gta3.img or having your modloader flooded with mods , cons of this is just that you can only load .txd and .dff files in it as gta3.img file. so its better to keep sound mods in modloader and texture mods in there , just saying for having a more organized mod pack. good day modders.
