False kicking (VPN)

I tried joining the server today, but the game kept kicking me and closing the server connection during the loading screen with the message saying "Vpn is currently not permitted" or something along the lines of that was the reason, i don't have any VPN turned on, is the VPN adapter being turned on in my PC settings causing this? And i checked my public ip address and nothing's off.

Edit: Now i can join the server, i can't tell why i kept getting kicked for VPN despite not having it on

There was a bot attack recently. Could explain you not joining. Try now to see if you can join

Already resolved on its own
