Also, here are the rules in case you fail to read rules and keep spamming forums

- Crews must have one owner/leader. You can have a co-owner, but there must be one person at the top who is responsible for the crew.

It's hiring phase, hiring can be done in months or in years, there is no restriction. Playerbase is barely 10-20 members, so it's hard to find elite 1 percent members, if you're interested to apply, let me know, will take your test in game.
