So the new version 1.6 just released, It included many bugs, some of them have been fixed already, some not (like that one).
1st time I noticed it on SF ocean flats ammu, then again there. Decided to test it out in LV Come-a-lot ammu, still disappears.
Even my friend said, that it happened to him aswell.

If you read the changelog, throwables are confiscated in interiors. You'll get them when you exit the interior.
You don't get them after you leave the interior of ammu tho.... they never get stored in the script after you buy them so they can be readded after you leave the interior.

I can confirm i bought molly a few times but never got it when i got out of ammu.

no, i never got them when i came out of interior.
