It has been nerfed since it was being too relied on for refills, which is the whole point of it. This nerf makes it so the purpose for supply drops is to be used for "emergency situations" only.
My question is what do you mean by emergency only? I can't think of anything other than you actually needing one during intense shootouts. The new time is too long imo

+1 Supporting to revert back to old delivery time, new one is taking forever, either make it shorter than current one but longer than previous one or just revert it back will do.
