Robbing and being arrested but money stay with you

well as title say when you rob someone and you get arrested by the cop the money should back to the guy who you robbed but nah it stay with you and the guy get his money back but you still have the money like him i had reported it before when i was tester but don't know if it's fixed or not

Sometimes when I rob players, I get arrested, And lose the robbed money.

These money the cop who arrested you take it and also it goes back to her owner
But yeah as he said you still have the same cash that you robbed without decreasing it from you wallet / bank account

you lose the money either they are dropped where you died or they are returned to the owner when cop arrests you but only the money from the last guy who you robbed. For example if i rob someone 8k and after i rob the cop 800 the cop will only return 800 when he arrest me or if he kill me only 800
will be dropped
