If you mean the target spawned with 1piece missing ,you can try /refreshtarget to get that piece back

The command is not only for one or more missing pieces, you can even respawn the targets where whole of them dont spawn

correct me if im wrong but he meant the issue i have already reported where the dummy doesnt spawn with all of his parts attached, inevitably causing task failure although you have hit all of the other remaining parts.

oh well my bad, i simply said that the dummies (as you say) can be fixed by using /refreshtarget when they disappear
