Better house system

Houses should automatically be sold to Avery if the player hasn't visited it in 15 days

We have already 30 days system, you are not giving any reason of why it should be reduced to 15 days, doesn't make sense.


Many of us got life to deal with and we barely play once in a month so a month/30 days is enough to retain houses or sell to Avery.

+1 I don't think Mike has noticed, but in March 2024 when the Great Reset hit the server, all of the players went 0 everything, there was A LOT of players that just grinded that month, maybe log onto their account 1 or 2 times in the next month, but rather than that, where are them? "They have a life" sure thing bud, I also have a life, wife, job, kittens, things to worry about, but I like to play a bit of GTA:SA too, on my free time.

Make this happen.

Oh and also, revoke all of Munna's properties please, I can't stand no more him selling 1 house for $850,000,000 even though the house's max that a player would give is $15,000,000 in today's standards.

To be honest, Players count are barely linked with this issue, SAMP overall is way down, check any top English servers, all has barely now players.

I had predicted that after Great Reset we will again move to 10 daily average players, which came true, but again even Mike make this requirement as every week, still this would not work. More focus should be done on features and increasing overall quality.

Still, 15 days is way less, I won't change my vote for this.

I've lost my all properties for being inactive for a month before Great Reset, and I think 1 month is way good, do it 2 weeks and half of server will again get empty.

I only asked to provide reason of decreasing from 30 days to 15 days, and ranja provided detailed explanation just like any suggestion should have. You don't expect that you make a suggestion and it is going to be integrated next day and expect no "-1" , anyway.

I am suggesting that it should be compulsory to visit (not joining and leaving the game) the houses atleast once in 15 days

Im kinda neutral on this because many people use house as a selling asset rather than a fixed asset they mostly buy houses to sell and many times they are unable to sell the house sooner so if it just directly goes to Avery at 75% it will be a huge setback but I MIGHT BE WRONG
