Request a motorbike via /flare

I propose allowing to request a motorbike via /flare.

This shouldn't be an NRG-500 (or FCR-900), but could be a lower performance motorbike such as the FCR-900, PCJ-600 or BF-400 to keep balanced. Consideration should be taken for the fact the /flare will deliver a motorbike with vulnerable tyres which will further balance this out.

hmm, a sanchez would be suitable imo.

I didn't think of the Sanchez, I agree, that's the most appropriate considering the Bandito/Mesa are off-road vehicles and not necessarily that fast
