Staff is not paid with irl money, just report them on forums with evidences.

dear mike plz make arrangements if any player complain in game using /reports then plz make it compulsory for staff(in game) stop playing and solve complains. manytimes when i complain in game staff sometime not seeing or they see when city changes and the reported player quit the game and then satff says unable to solve or whatever bcoz they busy.
plz make it compulsory whenever complain made by players on the spot satff should take action not after city change or after they finish their jobs. yesterday i made 3 complains JOKER$ vague karan_op chrisg in game that time but no action taken i waited for more than 30 minutes. yesterday i complain on forums till now no actions taken by any admin but they have time to solve other complains but not mine
They have a life too, stop blaming them for not giving time to a game.

ok ill give proof next time how staff not responding on reports in game with time thank u. when i report i check that any admin online or not. np
