Since you are stating me multiple times in this report and accusing me of DM, I will say this:
1. Rule states that when a cop ask you to pull over, its equivalent to issuing a ticket. So already, we can take DM out of this Renzy had a valid reason to kill you.
2. It doesn't change anything if you shoot someone, ticket him or ask to freeze by ''accident'', action is still there and rules still applies.
