It happend to me during the mechanic job that I got the garbage truck as an order to tow it away.
it is not possible to tow mission vehicles.

Mechanics get mission vehicles marked for towing
Trashmasters are not mission vehicles per-se; they are vehicles which can be used for missions. Someone entering one to start a mission will not have it marked as 'stolen' and therefore it won't need towing. I'll test to make sure this is working as intended.
I will make it so the Trashmaster is only selected for towing if it's damaged, not stolen.
