Mike I don't understand the issue in regards your staff members, you can see our community is having a hard time to play in your well respected server however if there is a form of corruption in which am pretty sure you or your team know about then just simply fix it for us as server is disgraceful at this point and it's not fair in your hard work reputation.
Few good reasons why staff complaints should be public
1.Transparency if someone from staff gets reported then rest of the server should be aware of it. Know about the behaviour of that staff. If they have something useful to add its easy and decisions can be taken easily and fairly by management by judging the past history of that staff member. More importantly we all can have a clear look on the insights if things are handled with seriousness or no.
2.Issues with the current email system. Often time players feel they are going against someone with power and are alone, they don't have anyone to back them up. The process is lengthy not easy at all and boring. Most of the time players lose their motivation to report cause of this.
3.If you think it would hurt the public image of staff then the thing is you are responsible for your own actions if you take fair decisions no one is gonna mock you. Mocking and criticizing isn't against rules it would push staff members to be better and become more responsible towards their job. You can always take actions according to rules if someone insults staff members but criticism should not be prohibited.

I don’t see why staff complaints have to be hidden, especially when regular players have their dirty laundry aired out publicly for everyone to see and judge. This is just a silly old video game where people come to have fun. We DON'T want to to deal with unnecessary formalities like writing emails just to report a staff member.
The current process is a mess. We have no idea what’s happening with our complaint, what stage it’s in, or if it’s even being looked at. Other players can’t share their own evidence or opinions, and management could easily ignore the complaint without anyone ever knowing. Most managers barely even play or check the forums, so how can we expect them to investigate these things in a timely and fair manner? A discreet process paves way for corruption and laziness.
For everyone’s peace of mind and transparency, bring back the old system. If you’ve done nothing wrong, there’s no reason to fear public accountability as a staff member. Plus, the complaint is public and investigation is privately done behind the scenes. It's fair for all.

Remove staff complaints completely
Reporting a staff member is extremely disrespectful even if they aimbot or abuse their powers. Staff members should be treated with respect nothing less than Frederick the Great.
My lord or My majesty titles should be used with name of staff members if you mention them in a conversation or directly talk to them.
Real
