Weed already exists if you're unaware and yes, it would be cool if you get regenerated by it.
Adding cocaine and other illegal drugs will also be cool but with different effects, maybe every kind of drug could have an advantage and a disadvantage.
I disagree about the armour regeneration because it just sounds unrealistic.

These was examples only..effects can be different and I think it's a videogame it doesnt have to be realistic

It's already implemented, it worked a few times when I tried smoking, but sometimes just doesn't work

i only agree to half of the suggestion
speed should be increased a lil bit but as to keep up with that, small amount of health should also be reduced or lower the amount of stamina for such player.
