Patchy, there is literally a custom speed limit to certain vehicles, for example bike and trucks, in normal gta you can gain a lot of speed with those vehicles, in mcnr is limited.

I'm sure that changing vehicle speed limit it's done by changing a few numbers in the mcnr code.

If you use nitro, obviously should have more top speed when nitro is mode on, right? On this game not happens this.  II am more in favor of the second option.

Using nitro >>>>more top speed
Empty nitro >>>>default car top speed

idk if there's a way to implement this but seems impossible.
