Add not-OP Army

You can go on-duty in Army offices in each city. + Area 69 for sure?

1.Army can ONLY spawn;
a. Seasparrows 600hp
b. Rustlers
c. Army Sanchez
e. Patriot
f. Army truck 1800hp

2. Army guys can carry 1 ammo RPG to use every 5ms only. Which can only be bought in Army offices
3. They can have thermal goggles with timelimit usage or night vision
4. They can't bribe or release ppl on parole
5. They can have Job events like defusing bombs and etc.
6. They have less criminals on their radar unlike cops, I mean less radius

Come on Mike, people want the Army back

Army will have Hunter, Rhino, Hydra. Wdym

Those vehicles are the reason the Army isn't there, Who'd want to be mw running away from a Hunter? it's not a DM server. A cnr-friendly Army can be added like what I suggested.

I checked it out, it's good to add strict rules, but still TOO OP. I'd guess MOST players will disagree with a Hunter or a Hydra in-game at all. If u said a Hunter with no rockets and minigun only, that would be a little better. But even that is OP. even the 1 bullet RPG in my suggestion every 5mins is OP in a cnr sv to a degree. So, I think that's no persuasive for Mike

Don't commit so many crimes then. The more you commit, the more forces will come for you.

Don't kill 3 people, but instead try to team up with them. The army won't come for you.
