well I don't think an experienced player will ever reach 8 PSOs in a whole year.

New players should not get that much punishment. Also in your situation, it is something that you had to appeal more and let the staff members check logs a lot.

were not talking about experienced players here were talking about new players who just started playing and/or people who dont understand english very well who could get into trouble alot

That is not true at all. PSO can be given to anyone as the first PSO is just a warning, while the second PSO will cut your xp (if I am correct, 250 XP)
