Even so, there is still spawn advantage to an extent because of spawn protection, but this could also be described as a "skill issue" as experienced players should know of the spawn protection delay, and wait until it is over/until they have been shot.

even more experienced players know how to use it to your advantage and start shooting the moment you enter an int to tank free damage as spawn proc
