Houses sold, but received no cash

TeNSeN bought 4 of my houses probably after he won at poker, the houses were sold, but for some reason i never received the money. The reason can be that if you rolledback his transactions, you rolled back the money he send me, but never rolledback the houses. So now i remain with no houses and no money. And they were not cheap houses, for each i paid an important amount of money.

Another log if that's not enough, where i send $kaz my $cash in a PM, 28/06/2023 14:34:44, 22M (my bad, i had 17M here in hand, sold a donator for 5.2 to Senk. which was transfered from Moody via a house trade to me)

Of course, but as the guy who has billon cash abused it by the casino (poker broken limit abuse ) for the most likely of his two days ago before he gets banned/left from both atleast so "staff may have reverted the transactions"

I understand the transactions were reverted, but now i'm left with no houses and no money for them and the cheapest house i had was 3.25m buying price and the rest were more expencive

Have you received any type of compensation from this error.
