Remove cutscene skins.

Already suggested and rejected months ago.

The Dwayne mechanic skin is free to use. And it's a cutscene character.

H3LL4 +1, these skins are more lightweight because they needed to spin around in in-game mechanics cutscenes (not the video ones with a lot of bone articulation) faster than the other ones.
