Yeah I can see why this might be confusing lol
I noticed most hackers using this skin. So I thought it was a hacker, But when you said npc. I noticed it was moving in a straight run like a NPC would do. Thanks for clearing it out for me :3

NPCs in SA-MP literally follow a pre-recorded path. I recorded that path. It would look no different to me driving it live 🙂
