Mental state instead of infractions

What is good in having half the server punished?
Also there is cops that arrests the murderers
I mean I agree with your opinion but I am just looking for solutions to reduce the many player punishments and bans. Etc

Yeah but their rules differ from MCNR, apart from that, in new-gens players dont get duncecaps forcibly worn on and put in separate sessions for being cunts and this is the reason I dont play that shithole where in 1/3 cases you join just to be getting blown up all the way long by some prick on a jet bike, a fucking jet bike dude.
