I'm glad someone finally brought up this topic.

I agree like never before, especially with this:

after admins say " the following player will be punished" nothing really happen

A typical punishment I always imagine is following:

Admin: Hello Saddam, you've been reported by European_pacifist for breaking coprules. You shouldn't have planted the bank and exploded it with all the criminals inside
XX_Saddam_Hussein_XX:....
Admin: According to my duty guidelines and the infraction code, I have to give you 2 more infraction points. Would you like to appeal your infraction?
XX_Saddam_Hussein_XX:....
Admin: You have been given 2 infraction points for breaking coprules. You now have 18 in total. If you continue behaving this way, you will be banned within 60 years.
XX_Saddam_Hussein_XX: ananen sikerim

I have earlier suggested Mike implementing something like a short exam on coprules knowledge for police applicants. Tightening infractions should also be considered.

Imo, these should be the minimum points:

also if they get banned from public jobs they will:download hacks(maybe)-RDM and much others that you know.

But why should they download hacks?😐
If that player be pro he/she doesn’t need any hacks.
But sometimes bad players choose false way and download hacks , and don’t try to become a pro player.
