Random chat message

Add a statement in chat when somebody reads rules.
Do you mind explaining and/or giving an example for this?
So what you're proposing is that a message like this [see below] would be displayed on the main chat informing everyone that Player is reading the Rules/Cop Rules/DM?

"[59]ranja is reading the rules. See /rules for more info."

I guess I have to say yea. And the people that would run the command again (commands being /rules /coprules and /DM) after that message was sent it wouldn't trigger the chat message again, for a span of 2 or 3 minutes depending.

just read the /rules? no need to announce to the server that "i'm not a rulebreaker i'm reading /rules" cause god knows how many times people have read /rules and still rulebreak smh

but why do we need this?  ???
Seems rather meaningless lol. Can you elaborate more?
If someone reads rules, the chat will show the client message to everyone just as ranja shown.

Now even though this is rather useless, it will cause another player to type in the command just to show it in the chat, then another, then trollers (such as myself) will do it for the fun of it and it would flood the chat.

Huge -1, if someone needs rules, they will open it themselves or admin will show them the list using command. Not everyone needs to know that you used it.
No, why would it be shown in the chat? Nobody cares about it, and the chat will get flooded by trash like this.
I think this takes #1 spot for worst suggestion ever posted on these forums.
