I wish we could add a more senior post in the cop hierarchy in MCNR. It would be COP CHIEF. The chief will have the lowest infractions and PSOs and will be elected by the cops. The chief CAN be given some powers to moderate the cops as newer cops lack some knowledge and the Admins are pretty busy with the RDM reports already. Each chief will be elected by the cops and have a short term lets say 2 weeks. ADMIN can terminate the chief if they feel like he is misusing the powers. We can also add a special vehicle for the chief to travel in .
I did think really strongly about this. I'm not sure.
So basically the chief is an admin issuing PSOs only?
not an admin but someone smaller than moderator [for cops]
getting unfairly murdered by young cops really sucks. COP CHIEFS can help mitigate this issue. they'll work under moderators and admins
That's moderators job to moderate the server, IMO there shouldn't be a player "elected by the cops" to have moderation powers at all

its by the cops for the cops
It is a straight-up NO from me, there is a reason that people are allocated a staff position on the server. This is to 'moderate' and 'administrate' the server to keep it under control, punish players who rule break and monitor the players on the server to make sure they're not breaking the rules which have been put into place for a reason. If a player was allocated 'cop chief' where they could actively punish cops who break the rules, this could lead to serious issues if the wrong player was given this power.
I understand there would be strict requirements, for getting this position within the police force, but it is not the job of a player to punish other players. Leave that up to the staff team. Nice suggestion, but I'm gonna deny it.
Regular players do not need the ability to punish.
Are you studying civics in standard 8? I don't think this is good in any way. Staff are there for issuing pso
Those who want to be a part of staff team can apply at

i appreciate your thoughts but COP CHIEF wont be any regular player. REQUIREMENTS: level 10 cops with more than 300 hours of playing+ no recent PSOs or infractions. Also the staff can monitor his/her actions.

I'm more grownup than a class 8 kid. I don't think they teach anything about COPS in civics class 8 either .
GROWUP! i know how to apply to staff positions.
COP CHIEF powers are not equal to even moderators. They can just issue PSOs to cops. This provides more time to admins + motivates cops to follow rules so they may be eligible for becoming a COP CHIEF 1 day

Staff arent always going to monitor the chief. What if there would be no staff online? I would support this idea if the chief had no moderation powers. -1 from me as I can't digest the fact that chief (supervisor) should be given powers.
There could be minor punishment like taking weapons from noob cops that are shooting unarmed for example, or taking them off the force for couple minutes until they read /prules

I agree but could be abused.

it can be challenged if misused right? also the strict requirements will force only serious people to become COP CHIEF.
