Group message system

I suggest creating a group message system. Someone can create a group and invite other players where Multiple players can have private conversation.

Also a police radio/ message system where only police officers or other law enforcement agents can chat around.

Agreed

Job radio has been added. You can use it by starting a message with a hashtag.

Gang/group system planned for the future.
