Army needs buffs

Agreed. Just reverse all the nerfs the Sea Sparrow has undergone before.

Criminals have always been able to destroy them with smart tactics. I'm talking as someone who was a regular user of it before the nerfs, and I would get wiped the floor with by organized gangs who spread out and sniped the cockpit.

And there will be helluva lot fewer people able to use them in the first place now.
