My internet is working just fine. Is there no solution other than using VPN? Because I will have to download one specially for this purpose.

Why would I change my ISP for one specific server that is not letting me in? While I can access all the available servers in SA:MP (including the big ones like UIF, Horizon RP and BTTDM Survival) and multiple online games with ease? The issue is not with my internet, if it was I wouldn't be able to access any other server.
