+1 for the most wanted killing rule but the 2nd prt makes no sense as we know we can evade wanted level by running away. So only mw killing should be good

I was thinking on a way to not affect new players as much, not sure but normal robbery(not safe robbery) might get you MW.

Goofy ahh suggestion. In addition to dealing with cops, players will have to watch out for civilians as well. Makes the game insanely harder especially for solo players. Just let cops enforce the law like how it is now, they don't need any "help".

however..

I kind of like the idea of being 'hunted' for ANY player (inc cops) that has killed a large amount of people in a small duration of time
See Clink making a fool of himself here lmao

Hmm. Good idea. However, we can do it like this. We can define Vigalente as a profession. For example, when a player wants to become a Vigilante, he has to get at least 3-5 votes from the cops. If the cops vote, the player can become a Vigilante. For example, he can only attack MWs. If he attacks a 5 star, he is finished as a Vigilante and treated as a normal criminal.

Kinda complicate like this, when I posted this I was thinking that ops can accept it and Mike does not need to implement anything for it.
