Try to record the incident or if you can't, alert the others into doing so (via PM) and quickly report the "hacker" on forums.

Just say it, everyone is lazy to do so, we have a life and we have only a lil bit time to play not for reporting something..also reporting the hacker would take atleast 1 whole day to proceed.(on forums)

Staff members have their own lives as well and we can't really be 24/7 in-game. It's good that we have staff from different time zones but there might be times when no staff is in-game at all, so recording the incident or alerting someone from discord is good in my opinion 🙂

Use the system we currently have to report someone if you wish to do so, the steps are that easy to follow.
