Five people. Five cops. No more, no less. There will be no leaders, meaning we are all equals. Every decision that gets made in future will come from all of us. If the group works out well, we might expand and create additional units, but that is not the current plan nor the idea of this group..we stick to a single unit, for now.
Moving on, I am looking for 4 cops (me being the 5th), and not just any cops but some damn good cops. I want people who know what they're doing. Plan is to have both ground and air units which will assist each other, especially during long chases. One or two rustlers (or the heli), rest being the ground units. Ground units can be made of solo cops or pairs of 2 (meaning no sultan/pd tanks). I can (and will, depending on the rest of you) fill both sides.
Wouldn't call it requirements, but here's a brief list so you know whether or not you should bother applying:
If you're already a part of a gang, this isn't a group for you.
If you accept bribes, this isn't a group for you. Exceptions can be made, but this is still supposed to be final.
If you refuse to chase certain players because they are your friends, this isn't a group for you. Exceptions can be made, but this is still supposed to be final.
If you can't do cop work on your own and you only play with a passenger shooter, this isn't a group for you.
If you mostly play as a civilian, this isn't a group for you.
If your english is super bad and/or you're a toxic fuck, this isn't a group for you.
I'm not setting up an age restriction, because this is the internet and anyone can claim to be a 17yo girl. Your behavior will show what you really are and we'll judge you from that. I'm not really looking for children, but if you're mature enough I don't care how old you are.
As for activity, I'm not as active as I wanna be, but I am planning to change that. I won't expect you to be here every single day either, so even if you're just a casual player that joins once or twice a week you are still more than welcome to apply. I'm not looking for people who play 50hrs a week, I'm looking for people who are good at what they do.
Last but not least, if you can't play fair, this isn't a group for you. I won't judge you for every single complaint out there, however, if I see for example, that you're unable to use deagle without pressing 'c' you will be instantly rejected, no matter how good you are.
In case you use mods, you'll let me know which. Stuff like crashes.asi and other enhancements that give you fancy perks to abuse are not acceptable (to me, and my criteria of fair gameplay). Skins, sounds and similar minor modifications can be "pardoned", but I am mostly looking for people with untouched game files and those people will definitely have more chance in joining.
I have plans on the name, but it will be discussed between the five of us, once we get the team ready. If you're interested drop me a pm on discord (chuppy#4772) and we'll see what happens (it would be great to see you in action on youtube or something, rather than catching you ingame). It goes without saying but, in case you get rejected it doesn't mean you're bad it just means you're not good enough for what I want this group to be (top tier cops).
I won't be making a list of rejects, nor the accepted members (until we're full). Everyone who gets accepted is also responsible for handing out their vote for next candidate. We won't accept people if we all don't agree on it. Please note that this might take some time, because we have limited seats so we need to make sure we got the best of the best.
In case you're familiar with me, as in you played on other servers, please do drop your ingame name as well (from the said server) so I can know who I'm talking to and possibly have a more detailed picture of who you are and how good you are without having to check it out myself. This of course means, if you're a cheater over there and supposedly a good guy over here, you'll still be rejected, It's a double edged sword i guess, but can definitely help. We might get another teammate from over there, depending on what they decide to do, so LF 4 might turn into LF 3..
