Securicar driver has an Unfair Advantage

There is no other way to obtain the securicar faster. The securicar has a timer of 15 minutes and nobody wants to spend 10 minutes just chasing and getting the securicar back by trying to SPIKE your superbulletproof  tires on the securicar or trying to get you out of the vehicle, it´s easy to say harder to do.

A security guard has full right to use any means necessarry to stop your from harming him or stealing the precious cargo he is transporting. doesn't matter if you didn´t attack him.

The rest of the stuff you have wrote is irrelevant, cops main priority is not  the securicar and in no way there is enough time to get enough police officers set up a proper roadblock leading out of town or make up a quick plan because players usually put the pedal to the metal and are out of the city in like a minute so the only thing to do for the security guard and  the police officers is to blow up the securicar which is allowed or kill you if you were a threat in the last 5 minutes (excluding security guard).
This is not a roleplay server and people like to abuse the "life threat and unarmed" feature by spamming "NON THREAT" and after putting out my tazer and nicely trying to cuff the person.. "the criminal takes out his 2 sawnoffs and shoots me in the head".

So it´s good as it is right now.

I agree on ahsoka, its a risk you must take on stealing the securicar if this was implemented im pretty sure most securicar robbers will rob it, unarmed.
also most robbers often to wait the securicar driver to go inside the shop then, they will get inside the securicar this happens to me like 1 or 2 times everytime i do securicar missions, beacuse im doing it solo and most cops wont escort me, unless they are rookies. so yeah i think for now its balanced, robbing the securicar must have risks, securicar drivers must have the right to whenever kill the robber even if hes unarmed or not, it's his duty to protect the money inside of it.
